Stepping up the store bought.

My kids (and me!) love these sesame noodles from the deli case at our local store (@newleafcmarket) But they don’t bring much to the table, nutrition-wise.

We finally planted a garden! I have been wanting to do this for SO long! With all this extra time at home lately, there were no more excuses. We have no idea what we're doing but it's already been so much fun. The kids helped us pick out the plants,
What my 3 1/2 year old ate yesterday. He would eat fruit all day if we let him! As you can see, there is often only a few bites eaten from those beautiful plates I make for them 😉That's always hard to watch. But, it's very important to let kids main
